The Corps of Engineers department has suffered from a lack of activity as of late, and with a new initiatives set in motion, a temporary Commanding Officer has been put in place, Fleet Admiral John Hathaway.
With this, a further significant change is occurring within the department. In the past few months, Admiral Sharpkiller has taken an acting role of Executive Officer of the department. However, with the change in administration, a search for a new XO has been underway.
It is with great pleasure that I announce, that Anderson has been chosen to fulfill that role, the new Executive Officer of the Corps of Engineers Department.
Fleet Admiral John Hathaway had the following to say on this story:
Anderson, or Neo as he was once known in this fleet, is a long time former member and is most capable in fulfilling his new role.
I look forward to working with him, and other members of SCE in my temporary stint as CO of the Engineering department.
