Hello everyone! Since I'm new here I thought I'd just take a moment to say how-do and introduce myself. I am Tiberivs. I'm 29, and I live in the USA. I love tech, videogames, music, reading, writing, and cooking, just to name a few interests. I've been a Trek fan since I was a little kid.
I've been in guilds/alliances before and even helped run one before real-world responsibilities and burnout made that impractical. I'm an STO lifer and I've been playing since launch. I started a fleet around that time with some people I met in-game, but they went inactive not long after that and so I've been flying solo for a while now. So I've come to UFP to get a taste of life in an actual fleet, and enjoy having people available to play with. I imagine that I've got a lot to learn about flying with an actual team, but I'm willing to learn, and to offer what I can in return. I'm sure I'll make mistakes, but even they are an opportunity for improvement, especially when made in good company. I believe strongly in being a team player and I'm usually up for helping out on a mission or making an STF run. My main character is a lvl 50 tac and he usually flies a defiant retrofit that's rigged to dish out the pain, but I'm sure she could be a lot better. I wouldn't mind discussing different build options, and I've always wanted to test my builds for different ships out in some friendly PvP to refine my loadouts and methods, but never had anyone to do that with.
Well, I guess that's all for now. I'm usually on evenings and more often on weekends. I'm going to try to get on Teamspeak at some point soon and figure out how that works, so I guess I'll see you all around.
