    The forums are now equipped with a full Klingon as well as Federation theme. Anyone is welcome to use either one they wish, and can change over to the alternate theme via their User CP.

    Likewise you can also link via http://klingons.ufplanets.com to go straight to the Klingon version of the theme (http://forum.ufplanets.com for Federation standard).

    I'm just curious who uses what most frequently.

    I like the fact that when I read some of the Klingon area's, it changes automatically, giving it a realistic feeling.. naturally for the Federation areas, I keep it to the the Federation Standard.

    Gotta be the Federation Theme (since I have no Klingon characters), but I think the fleet's decision to support both should be highly commended. I imagine this is something not seen in many fleets.

    Federation. Our fleet IS called "United Federation of Planets" not the "Klingon Empire".

    lol indeed, however our name dates back well before any thoughts of a Star Trek MMO were pondered. While our name could be considered a misnomer, we've always considered ourselves a Star Trek fleet foremost, not simply a Federation fleet. Personally, I like to explore all facets of the Star Trek universe. Smile

    Our new site will have a Klingon theme post-launch, which I think people will on occasion choose to use or stick with. The difference between the Federation and Klingon themes will be much more dramatic than is presently the case with the Klingon demo on these forums.
