Uniform malfunction

So I was looking through some of my STO characters and it would appear one of my characters' Bridge Officers had a uniform malfunction.

Wow... I've seen where my own captain and other female boffs load without their 'skirt'... perhaps for a few seconds until it materializes.

Strange how that is always the last thing to load...

But a missing top... how many of your Klingon crew have black eyes now?
