Perhaps I've missed this, but is there a way to see e-mail, PM, or forum thread notifications when new fleet proposals are created? Although the new website prominently features a link to the proposal system, I often don't know that there are new proposals available for review unless I click into the proposals page manually (which I often forget to do).

My fear is that a large majority of our members are not even aware that a proposal system exists.

I know on the old site new proposals did show as 'Recent Activity' along with new events and I would assume this is also the case on the new site but since events are daily and new proposals are not nearly as frequent that provides a rather narrow window where this would be viable. Aside from that I don't know of anything that flags new proposals.

Whilst it is hard to say how many of our members are aware that the system exists it does definitely seem that the vast majority are either unaware or simply not interested in it. We now have over 800 members yet when you look at the names involved in creating, debating and signing proposals it does seem to be the same minority of people which is a great shame.
