Anybody heard about this particular MMO? Seems it's been out a year now already, and is set in modern-day Romania.
A cross between Fallout (3) and Resident Evil, it's a survival-of-the-fittest horror MMORPG where you take control of a character and control an allegiance - par the course - but your character class is never set in stone. If your outside a battle, you can change it on-the-fly. An interesting dynamic?

Model-wise it's set up the same deal as Guild Wars, where you only have to buy the game. You could argue the subscription comes free with the game itself.

Looks really interesting, love the setting and plot (Illuminati ooooo) but seems to have some pretty stiff competition in this crowded market, a la the aforementioned Guild Wars 2.

I played it in beta, and for awhile on live.. its a really shallow game that has very little to offer. Combat amounts to "run away and shoot over your shoulder" and hope to god they don't catch you.

It's got some good things about it, I played in beta and would play it more if I had more time. It's got some good story lines and some interesting gameplay mechanics for the investigation missions. Combat wise Shakken is right, it's not the best mechanic in the world and is pretty much what he said in a lot of instances I think it's worth checking out if you can get it cheap, simply because you don't want to spend the cash on it only to play it for an hour and realise you hate it.

The other good thing is they constantly bring out new and good content for it on a fairly regular basis, unlike say Bioware with SWTOR for example.

Got excited for it pre-release, then I played beta. After about 20 minutes I decided to stop. Obviously don't let my cynical self put too much weight over your decision to buy it.etc. but you first might want to try a free weekend for yourself.etc. (providing they do free weekends or some form of trial)

I just started it a few days ago and I love it. I've join some friend from our swtor guild that moved there and even if I'm stilli the 1st area I like the possibility, the investigation missions, the atmosphere of the universe.

Been interested in this game for awhile now, I like the concept of it.
So bought it in the Steam flash sale yesterday, and have been playing it all day.

It is quite slow to get started, but once it gets going, it's quite enjoyable.
