I have had computer problems (computer hardware theft) in the last few years with people using my laptop PC and or IP address. I live in an apartment complex and have had to change my PW many of times. I'm not good with PC and security of them. I sometimes forget to place security on it.
The only thing I can assume, is that someone else has used my IP address in the past without me knowing it. I know people can steal just about anything on the internet now days..
Is this a problem?
