Hey guys; I'd been looking for Star Trek-related game sites to talk about Darkdawn (I'll get to that in a bit) and I just made my way here. But first of all let me say I'm genuinely impressed by this site! I used to be a web designer myself and I have to say this is the coolest "LCARS on PADD" layout I've ever seen.
Makes me annoyed with myself that I'm here to promote my own thing, but I have to. So here goes:
I've just released an "Early Access" (but fully playable!) 3D capital ship combat game for Android (coming soon to iOS and WP8!) mostly based on the ship combat on STO and on the long lineage of Star Trek games arguably started by Starfleet Command. Its a style of game that works particularly well on mobile, I think: the emphasis is on firing arcs, shield facings, positioning and tactics, rather than twitchy aiming and super-precise maneuvering (which can be very challenging on a touch screen). Now, its obviously not Trek-license (since I don't want to be Section 31ed in the middle of the night by Paramount) and instead actually set in a sci-fi universe I've been developing for a while, but the truth is I think the game will appeal most to fans of the Trek games lineage I mentioned (SFC I-III, Bridge Commander, Legacy, Tactical Assault, STO space combat).
I humbly ask you give it a look/try and if you find it worthwhile, you rate it and help spread the word. Thanks!

Firstly, Welcome to the UFP forums. Secondly, that game certainly looks like it'd be rather fun, granted when it comes to iOS so I can actually give it a go. Thank you for sharing it with us

Hello Torinth, thanks for the welcome!
Yep, its definitely coming to iOS and Windows Phone; I've actually already run it on both and so far, so good. Before I do move to the other platforms though, I want to build something of a story campaign made up of pre-designed scenarios with objectives a little more complex than just "kill all the bad guys".
