There are other ways to earn marks as well, there are adventure zones to get Omega (Defera Invasion Zone), Nukara (Nukara Prime), Romulan (New Romulus) and Voth (Ground and Space zones).
As well as additional daily missions and epohh tagging to exchange those for marks.
