    Greetings,

    This thread has been created to compile the installation instructions for Starfleet Command 3, for any of the events we host.

    If these instructions don't work, or you have trouble understanding them, please contact either myself or a member of the Tactical staff. Also, if you find something which enables your game to work after a problem, please message myself with the fix for your problem.

    STARFLEET COMMAND 3 SETUP
    Once you have the game installed, the only thing you need to do is to install the 534_b beta patch -- and then the game is ready to be run. A small addition that I have made to my game, without any version problems, is the addition of the Stock Ship Replacement Mod, which basically replaces all the old ships models (on your client) which makes the game look more appealing.

    Win 10 and 8.1 fixes can be found HERE (10) and HERE (8.1).
    Only limitation is that it has to be played in windowed mode, but hey at least it works!

    Now that you game is all setup, you are ready to join any SFC3 events, if you do want to mod SFC3 anymore I would strongly recommend that you make a duplicate game folder for the additional changes.

    Please bear in mind, that if you are on Windows 8 SFC3 will not run -- several people have tried many different fixes, but none have been successful, if someone ends up being successful at running the game on Windows 8, please let me know.
