As we move towards a radical shakeup in Starfleet Operations, officers must step up and prove their worth in positions of leadership to help guide the fleet through the transition and into a new era of teamwork and success. One of these officers is Celchu, who has impressed with his drive and ability in the short time he's been with us.

There were many excellent applications, and as such, I am hoping that those who applied and did not receive the position may consider one of the many other officer positions that I am introducing to the division.

I will attempt to contact within the coming weeks those members who applied who I feel would excel at other officer positions.
