So I finished outfitting my Galor. Please note that it is a work in progress; the end product I will be shooting for is to have all the armament consist of spiral wave disruptors. My character is a Tac Captain. I am on watch and STO Academy doesn't want to work on the office computer so I will list the fitting below. Thanks for the feedback!

Why the adapated MACO? Does it even affect the Breen torp? For that matter, why the Breen torp? It can't fire on your broadsides, where you would have 7 beam arrays firing. I suggest getting the Kinetic Cutting Beam instead as your kinetic weapon. 360 fire arc, constantly fires quickly, no travel time.

If you really want torpedoes (and I don't know why you would, since you have no torpedo BOff abilities and ignoring torpedoes would allow you to ignore the Projectile skills), then you'd need a Wide Angle Quantum Torpedo Launcher, so it still functions on your broadsides.

I'm guessing those are Field Generators, since they're Science consoles. No real comment on those, since we don't have Fleet Science versions from the Embassy. If you're fine on your shields, you may get better mileage out of the Fleet Science consoles that will add a Plasma proc to your weapons.

If you actually find them useful, I'd suggest looking into the Fleet Neutronium [+Turn] or Fleet RCS [+ResAll] from the Fleet Mines, depending on if you need hull or turn rate more. That would let you keep your 2nd Field Gen and still grab the universal console.

You have two Aux2Bats, so I'm assuming you have Technician DOffs and will be cycling them. In that case, you have excessive amounts of EPtS1s - only one copy should give you effectively constant uptime. Switch one of the EPtS1 with either EPtW1 (which should increase your damage) or EPtE1 (for better maneuverability).

Why Aceton Beam, as opposed to DEM? Unless you're specifically trying to debuff your target's weapons, DEM2 would deal considerably more damage, especially with 7 beam arrays and FAW.

Lastly - remember the Fleet Spire is upgraded! We now have ultra-rare Tac consoles that give +31.5% (?) along with CrtH or CrtD.

Roger that. Didn't expect to get it right on the first try. Will keep the Aegis set mounted for now and implement the changes suggested. It's mostly due to what I have on hand and what I can afford. I'm still VERY early end-game so most of the stuff is what I scrounge up. Thanks.

EDIT: Actually as a note I dumped the Breen torp right after posting, after some play testing saw only limited functionality in it.

EDIT 2: I have Aceton becuase I can't train them to use DEM II as much as I wish I could.

Aceton 2 is Boff trainer trainable at ESD or Qu'onos at the commander level.

Yep, the only other option I see on the BOFF trainier is Eject Warp Plasma. I would prefer to use DEM III but that's only available on Engineers.

Oh dang it, I don't know what I was thinking, I thought we were talking about DEM2, not DEM3.

Yes, DEM3 requires an engineering captain, but you can pass your BOff to an eng captain, let them/us train it, and then get it back.

Just ask in the {UFP-UFPK} channel if anyone is available to train something, usually someone will be available.

Thanks to Cehus just got DEM III set on one of my BOFFs; should significantly help with the DPS. On the sets side I may just stick with the Aegis for now. But I'm toying with swapping to the Jem'Hadar set for added weapons power and DPS or the Solanae set for the "hit me again brah" metaphasic shields.

The Jem'Hadar is not a good idea. It's only good if you're running Polaron weapons, since it gives a bonus to it.

I really like how the Dyson shields make ships all shiny and white. I prefer the Borg set's tractor beam over the Dyson set's shotgun (especially since I always have the KCB equipped) though, and I feel the set bonuses from the Borg set are superior (due to the recovery abilities) if your ship is tough enough.

Stick with the Aegis for now. I'm working on the Borg set now so I'll just keep working towards that set. I'll also play with a polaron setup since I have a Mk XII Jem'Hadar set.
