Greeting citizens of Utopia, it is out of pity and a sense of fairness that we of the "Northern Outer-Rim Territories" inform you of our secession from that of the Utopian Alliance and our rejection of you and your ideals in light of the current implementation of policies from the "Imperium of Rawrtony"
Our suffering under the lash of such idiocy can be justified no longer.
As such, we of the former "Northern Outer-Rim Territories" have allied under our own banner of the "Typhon Pact"
With this we announce the immediate formation of a Neutral Zone to the south of our Territory running from beyond "Prandium" all the way to "Manticore". Any Breach of this neutral zone will be met with no warning and the complete destruction of all forces within, any breach of "Typhon Pact" Territory" will be met with our full might.
That is all.
The "Typhon Pact" will remember what has happened here. You have insulted us. This we do not forgive. Or Forget...

As Ruler and High Marshal of Prandium, I welcome the new territories of the Typhon Pact to the international stage. I have the greatest hopes that we will be able to work together for the cause of peace and mutual prosperity as our nations face the challenges of an increasingly dangerous world.
