I'm sorry, but I do remember you saying that you wish for your Commonwealth membership to be temporarily revoked. And as it happens, I have found the quote from you yourself:

Any military actions against a member of the Utopian Council, let alone a commonwealth nation, will result in said territories' borders being suspended. Territories are confirmed by the council and can be made null and void as a result should territory violations occur.
