I'm thinking of setting up a Blockade Runner as a No Win ship. Now let me preface this by saying that I have only played No Win about a dozen times but I enjoy it a lot. I also have to say that I never use canons but they seem to work very well for this. So I am just seeking opinions about my thoughts on how it would look.
As far as DOff's go, I would have the following:
3 x Purple Conn Officer (Tac Team and AP Buff)
3 x Marion (DEM Weapon Drain)
Also, I threw a defector/engine/shield on there that I have on my current ship but I have yet to put much thought behind it.

I'm pretty sure you can only have one of marion equipped at a time. However, your setup looks pretty solid. Saying that, have you considered using a fleet advanced escort?

You are probably right about that. I don't even own a Marion so I've never tried.

I just really liked the BOff layout of the Blockade Runner. I wouldn't mind using the Advanced Escort but what do I do with the extra Tac Ensign slot? I wouldn't have beams. A HY Torpedo? Seems wasteful. The Lt Cdr Science is nice though.

If you use Ap you could but the 360 AP beam and throw either FAW or BO on it for some versatility.
