Although I love having the target area appear as a massive, seemingly 8000 parsec wide, gray/corner outlined box in the dyson area, I seem to be having trouble actually locating the needle in that haystack. Anyone else have that issue?

For instance, I was trying to do "up and at them," and it says to engage the voth flotilla. Well I can't find it... I've killed every voth ship I can find, but none of them seem to be the right thing. And If I'm supposed to be meeting an ally, I can't find it.

What's the secret to finding these things? Even going to the green area on the map doesn't seem to point it out. I guess it doesn't help that the sphere seems infinitely high. Is it at the top? Is it at the bottom? I've tried both, and then of course the box mocks you by saying it's 10 meters away or whatever, but when you try to move the camera that little help disappears.

It is probably foolish that I can't find what I need to, and I do feel stupid, but only my Vulcan-like self-control has kept the computer monitor on my desk....

Well there are a lot of bugs at play here too. In the space zone there will be a big red triple stacked arrows pointing at the target if it is there to begin with. If you cant find it. It has most likely bugged and not spawned to begin with. Quite a few of the daily missions in the space zone are highly buggy. Most of them that you get from the allied zone ship are jacked up and wont spawn.

And for the space zone "end battle" Yeah there is no rhyme or reason to how that "helper" works. Its just fly around until you find it lol.

In my experience, the issue is usually caused by someone else completing the same objective just before you arrive and the objective hasn't yet respawned for you to complete. You can usually resolve the issue by waiting a few minutes for the respawn (or visiting one of the other objective points while you wait) and then returning.

One of the problems with the dyson zone dailies is that they always spawn in the same location for everyone. Cryptic probably intended for these objective to appear to be random locations, but this is just an illusion. The objectives always spawn at the same location for missions with the same name.
