CL4 - Tier 4 (Lieutenant Commander)

The Federation Administrative Bureau is looking for bright new members for the Moderator team.

The team of fully professional moderators, whose job is to ensure that the Code of Conduct and Forum Rules are being abided to at all times by users of the forums. They are expected to be fully familiar with all community rules, but remain flexible in their understanding that every situation can be different.


JOB DUTIES

• One of the main duties of a moderator would be to the forums. Keeping the forums clean and tidy is a prime example of what a moderator will be doing.
• Another role you will play in this field will be making sure threads are in the right place. As well as this, making sure that spamming and inappropriate threads are not created.
• Teamspeak is another area where you will be asked to keep a keen eye out for behavior which may be deemed as inappropriate. Like with the forums, common sense is a must when moderating this area.It could be a simple task such as fixing peoples permissions
• Where the Community Support Centre is concerned, you will take an active role in keeping this system flowing smoothly. Moderators will be asked to make sure that all tickets that are sent to the CSC are dealt with in a timely matter.
• The successful candidate of this role would report to Bondgadget76.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• It is required that for this role, you must have passed and completed the Entrance Exam and the Administrative Exam..
• Timekeeping, Organisational Skills, Communications Skills and Common sense are all attributes you will need for this position
• CL4 Experience is a must for this position, but not always necessary with the right experience.
• Is it a CL5 position? No
  PLEASE NOTE: If it is a CL5 position, the successful candidate will have to sign the Command Position Agreement before entering the role.
