    I have been advised to take this out of my keybind by a very respected source (@sarcasmdetector, /u/lowlifecat) as it interrupts the firing cycle (for beam arrays, at least).

    I did notice an improvement in damage, plus if you have Tac Team firing with a minimal cooldown it's not really necessary anyway.

    Regarding Keybinds I would recommend FES Keybind Application.

    It has really made my (in game) life a lot easier.
