To put it simply the nebula and the intrepid are my favorite ships by far. I Have for a long time flown the USS Victoria, a Fleet Nebula.
The other day I had my DPS check where in the region of 5500 dps, and it dawned on me to put it to the fleet on how to improve
But first my current build

ROLE
I tend to play in a more support role, so any tips would be welcome. I will traditionally drop a GW then go side on, coming head on to Torp Spread. I have in the past dropped the Torpedo at the front for an additional beam array changing to 2 tac teams , BFAW 2 and APB 2, however these don't make a great deal of difference to the DPS. I am happy to change my lay out as required.

Thanks for sharing your build, it is something I would never have thought about. Though will need to save up some resources to afford it
I will take a look into it , though it is the kind of thing I was actually think of for my Fleet LRSV!

You can also create a nice torpedo build using rapid transphasics, the transphasic cluster torpedo and the breeen set
