Hi Kerry,

Your ship image is good. However, we will need another Character image.

Is it possible to use the /screenshot_jpg command into the chatbox in order to take the screenshot?

This will remove the user interface from the image and save to your game directory.

If you need any assistance with obtaining this image/screenshot, please let us know.

Problem is, if I do /screenshot_jpg they come out looking like that

I've looked at my graphics settings, and can't find anything there that I recognize.

You could also save your costume file and send it to somebody else to take a screenshot. If they've got a character or BOFF of the same race, they should be able to load it up in the tailor.
