The image is still a bit... grainy. If that is the highest you can get your graphics, without killing your machine. Perhaps try zooming in a little, so you have just a waist-up image.

If that doesn't work, perhaps we can try to replicate your Romulan?

You could also try uploading the images here instead, photobucket limits their size to 1024x768 pixels unless you tick a box to upload them in their original sizes.
