We're not just an STO fleet. As if you ever need to take a break from STO, you can AND still remain a member of the UFP community.
In any case, as has been said above many times, please speak up (or to someone, like your RSO or Councillor) if you have any questions or what not.

Hey,
its good to know you would like to raise through the ranks. You may earn your first promotion to Ensign through passing the command exam. You shpould be able to access all available exams at your MyUFP section: https://ufplanets.com/fleetmanager/m...=exams&do=view
Other than that i can simply tell you that being active, helping others and overtaking responsibility within the fleet will help with getting promoted. There is a special forum where open positions are announced which you may apply for: https://ufplanets.com/forumdisplay.p...Community-Jobs

In-game (within STO), the promotion from "Cadet" to "Full Member" is just two weeks from the date of your invite. Your particular promotion date is 29 May 2014, as posted by Ashley.
