    Folks,

    I wanted to announce that, as of today, McClintock will be heading up the simms for the foreseeable future. I have long been this community's roleplay lead and I will continue to lead/advise in that area where needed. But with my waning interest in this type of creativity, I am glad to know that the likes of Adster and Torinth are taking RPG-X and McClintock the simms. It is also really good to see more ad-hoc (or non-divisional) roleplay scenarios pop up in Reserves, and our STO divisions. I love it!

    A couple things you should know. Nothing really changes functionally in the simms. McClintock is working with the other GMs (deuZige, Torinth, and Johnson) to kick start where I left off. My characters will sort of fade into the background as NPCs. And you should read up on the back story if you're not caught up on that at all. I'll be updating the handbook as well.

    Further, I will remain on as a backup sysadmin. I will have access to the application process as well as the Nova software. I know that stuff like the back of my hand and, since I'm not really leaving UFP at all, I'll continue to be a resource if anything breaks or major questions crop up.
