I just came to here to post that ARK: Survival Evolved was free on Steam until June 19th and saw you'd already beaten me to it

But yes. The game with all maps comes to just under 500GB although you don't need all maps installed at once.

I have had access to it since it was in early access and still in development lad plays it more than me as it was him i got it for. Its also on Microsoft games pass but i found that it run worse through that

I got it wrong - mine's 398.99 GB so just under 400.

Still, a fantastic game for free and I'd encourage everyone to give it a shot - riding dinosaurs is such fun!

ARK was one of those titles I'd always wanted to try but was never inclined to buy, so this is very handy indeed.

For those of us on Prime, the list of upcoming freebies ahead of Prime day has been revealed and there's some pretty good stuff in there. Here's the blog and here's the list.
