i knew it. xindi lockbox.

i think plasma needs more variations but maybe romulan plasma was too good so they opted for tetryon since it seems tetryon needs more love even if there are lots of tetryon-type weapons.

if based on rep... nukara tetryon then romulan plasma then voth polaron then undine disruptor/phaser... should be antiproton but antiproton doesnt need more love for now...

I don't think we need more tetryon weapons.

In fact we could use ANYTHING but that one, but my thought was that the weapons should have been phaser.

Since LoR came out, I have been hoping we can get a lockbox and lobi ship that utilizes a singularity warp core.

Hmm, I'm thinking that the Xindi weapons might actually end up being Phasers with a Tetryon proc, in which case I'll be considering them very closely.

Agreed, we really need more Phaser mods. I haven't been impressed with the Undine space set that much.

We already have tetryon with a phaser proc so that would be a tad redundant.
What I want to see are phasers with a disruptor proc or a polaron proc.

I have to agree with Peers.

There's only so many variations you can do before it becomes annoyingly repetitive.

They might have to do some original thinking... and create a whole new energy weapons type!!!

Funny enough saying that we already have phased polarons, it's getting to the point now where there are very few combinations left out of the cannon weapon types, if they want to continue including unique damage type weapons to lockboxes in the future they're going to have to bring out some more damage types, but we know that won't happen, it's cryptic after all.

I don't like the possibility of a Xindi Lockbox, since it has been established that they are part of the Federation now. So even though I want more stuff Klingons can use, all Xindi ships should be for the Federation, with playable Xindi captains.

Of course, if Cryptic can come up with a 'convincing' story to explain it, then I might like it.
Though I would still rather just buy a playable Xindi captain and ship, which could still happen for some of the other Xindi species, like the Primates and Arboreals, those 2 would definitely be Fed only.

I do think it's still a bit strange to do a Xindi Lockbox concidering Cryptic said that the new stuff would all be focused around the Delta Quadrant, So I wonder what story they put to it
