    Howdy folks! Been awhile! Birdofprey

    Since my recent and glorious return to the service of the empire I've gotten back into flying my kitbashed Fleet Norgh- A ship I am wholly in love with the design of. It looks amazing, has a layout that includes not one but two lieutenant commander universals in addition to the commander seating, and gets a very nice boon in the form of flanking bonus.     I've run a few different builds on her in the past: from my ever so popular harasser build to the perhaps unconventional Kerrat-designed healBoP... But never a direct DPS bopper! In fact, I don't have much in the way of experience with direct DPS builds at all! So I figured I'd come seek guidance from my House of Kular brethren on how to make my cannons pewpew better.


    Let's lay down some of my ground rule objectives before things get started:
    - The build is for a 'pure' KDF character, not a Romulan, and should be intended for a Science captain
    - This build should take PVP concerns into consideration
    - The build needs to focus on dealing damage first, and debuffing second
    - The build should use disruptors as the weapon type
    - The build should be designed for alpha strike/hit and fade gameplay
    - The build can use any equipment from any rep, or fleet gear
    - The build needs to utilize reputation actives and passives whenever possible


    I'd really appreciate any and all thoughts you might be willing to share with me. I'll continue testing and working out a rough build on my own, and post in here again once I've got a good start, but I'll ask you guys up front; How would you choose to build a Fleet Norgh?
