    I'm totally new to fleets, actually I'm still trying to figure out STO!

    I'm trying to buy a Romulan Bridge Officer but it says, "You do not have permission to buy from the provisioned fleet store"

    Is that because I am new to the UFP or that there isn't Fleet Provisions for a Romulan Bridge Officer?

    If there isn't Fleet Provisions for a Romulan Bridge Officer, how do we get some?

    I expect that it has to do with your status as a new member. We have a policy which requires that you be a member of the community for two weeks before you can purchase fleet equipment.
