Destination Star Trek 3 will be in London this October between the 3rd and the 5th, are you going?
We're still two months away but already the line up is looking great, I have put a little list below but by far the most insanely awesome point is; the entire main cast and a couple of notable additions of TNG will be present, now that may not seem much at face value but in fact it is HUGE! For the first time ever in the 27 years since TNG came out, the entire main cast will be together at one event in Europe, it's incredible that it has taken this long but pure awesome nonetheless.

I was very surprised the last time that I went about how many Europeans and Americans had flown in to the event for the weekend, I met a couple of Finish a few Danes and a fair few Germans. Any Europeans or Americans going to be flying in?

Jonathan Frakes broke my nerd heart though, he cancelled and therefore will need to wait for another time for ALL the TNG cast to be in Europe for the first time.

Well the weekend has sadly come and gone but what an awesome one it was! I got grabbed by the throat by a Klingon, assimilated by a Borg and took command of the Enterprise. while on the other hand my mate got shouted at by Jeri Ryan's Bouncer which was hilarious "NO PHOTOS!".
Thankfully we managed to time everything really well and managed to avoid queues and see a lot of talks, Bruce Greenwood was great, Casey Biggs, Steve Rankin and Vaughn Armstrong burst into songs... and the final talk with the TNG crew and Shatner was brilliant. Shatner made an excellent host to the talk, telling the Redshirts they won't last the night, thinking a groupie was about to come up behind him and making quips about Patrick Stewart. Levar Burton explained that if Geordie was to be killed off he would want him to be crushed by the Engineering Room doors while doing a barrel roll from a coolant leak, Marina Sirtis quite bluntly called Stuart Baird (director of Nemesis) an idiot and John de Lancie would have Q make the TOS crew replay 'Spocks Brain' over and over and over.
It was a great day!
