The Imperial Senate would like to announce the formation of a Triple Alliance between Rawrtony (including its Common Wealth), Central Utopia and Three Cactus. This Triple Alliance, which will be referred to formally as the Core Alliance, will serve to strengthen the security of the central nations and Utopia as a whole.

During a time when terror is prevalent throughout Utopia, it is important that strong alliances be formed to prevent dystopia in Utopia!

Along with this news, I'd like to announce the appointment of Emperor Lazereth of Novus as Rawrtony and the Core Alliance's representative to the Confederacy, which Utopia now recognizes as a legitimate group. In short, should the core nations wish to communicate to the confederacy, Emperor Lazereth would be the neutral middle man to convey our message.

This Triple Entente of Core Nations is a move in the direction of co-operation and prosperity. We are pleased to have been invited and allowed to take part in such a noble occasion. Putting the past aside and moving into a new era of unification in the Core of Utopia.

Imperial Rawrtony is proud to announce the commission of two brand new state of the art vessels for both its space and ground navies.

The Imperial Star Destroyer
Up first is the Empire's newly minted capital ship, the Star Destroyer; who's prototype has been officially named the ISD Accuser.

Although Imperial Rawrtony maintains itself as the ultimate superpower on Utopia, it should be of no shock that during a time of increased military build up across the globe, the Empire felt the need to expand its assets. The Star Destroyer's extortionate cost and gargantuan scale has many wondering exactly what kind of role it will play on the international stage.

For now the ISD Accuser will maintain itself as the Empire's lead flagship; with the extended ability to act as a command ship for all imperial naval and ground operations on Utopia. Although most of the engineering details remain classified, Rawrtonian engineers have designed this ship with brand new back up system technology.

In consultation with Rawrtony Enterprises, the Novus Engineering Corps and New Haven Industries the Empire has designed its Star Destroyer to securely store back up power in multiple rotating generators throughout the ship. These independent generators allow the ship to remain immune to ion discharges its Tier 1 Acclamators fell easy prey to; making ISDs the ultimate weapon.

In total the Star Destroyer is 1000 blocks long and holds a 150 block-long hanger; easily allowing many of Utopia's smaller frigates to dock inside the ship.

The Norton Class Battleship
Along with Rawrtony's new capital ship, the Empire is also proud to announce its next generation line of Battleships; created and designed exclusively by Rawrtony's Supreme Chancellor: Jordan - a strong proponent of a strong royal navy.

Commissioned by the Emperor as a Norton Class Battleship, the first of its line has been named the HMIS Jordan.

Rawrtony has, for the longest time, been proud to support a diverse navy of eight differing classes of ship; its Bensons and decommissioned U-boat serving as the first ships of war ever commissioned in Utopia. That said, as with anything, newer and more powerful designs must be developed for the sake of maintaining stability in both the core and outer rim of Utopia.

It is this belief that fueled Rawrtony's Supreme Chancellor to fund a new advanced battleship. Again made with fresh technology, Norton Class Battleships opt to use energy based weapons over the traditional shells; although traditional canons can still be found onboard the ship.

These elite battleships are also highly networked and computerized, making Rawrtony's most powerful royal ship of war, one of the easiest to maintain.

The construction of such a large vessel is a extremely impressive feat - I congratulate Rawrtony's engineers for managing to construct the Accuser, certainly a technical marvel.

A marvellous weapon of war, that is bound to earn its crew honour in battle, if a Rylon machine is capable of such a thing

*out of role-play* It is an awesome piece of work, and it is the first thing on the server to surpass my K'tinga for shear size and detail, Qapla' (Disclaimer: This is my opinion from a modelling perspective, and is not intended to diminish the work of others with similarly awesome projects).

The naval ship is also very sweet, looks very sinister.

The States of Three Cactus are impressed with these giant 'peacekeeping' machines. The HMIS Jordan is very impressive.

A detachment of newly minted Star Destroyers, the ISD Admonitor and ISD Judicator, are now in orbit of Utopia. These peacekeeping vessels fall under the command of Admiral Thrawn of the Admonitor; previously an officer on the Battlestar Galactica!

Admiral Thrawn has a track record of maintaining peace by destroying threats before they even materialize. The presence of these ships in orbit has already had positive results! Three rebel supply ships from Naboo have been gently disintegrated in a return trip from their hidden mines off world. No rebel ship will now be able to leave or enter Utopia.

Statement from the Imperial Palace: His Imperial Highness, Emperor Mikester92, has been concerned with the sudden colonial developments near the Dark Temple in the Manticorian Continent. Although a distant region from the Imperial City, the natural jungle temple there has strong dark wand energy and is considered to be one of the Emperor's most prized assets. As a result, the Emperor has temporarily bestowed to Prince Noram the title of Moff for the entire land mass outside of Manticore.

Prince Noram is now given autonomous authority to act on behalf of Imperial Rawrtony and its military over the rest of the region's continent and people.

I thank His Imperial Majesty for this gesture of support and show of confidence. In the coming days I shall be taking actions to secure Imperial and Commonwealth assets on the Manticoran Continent.

While in my capacity as Imperial Vizier in charge of Foreign Affairs I have made every effort to promote peace and understanding between the nations of the Commonwealth and our neighbors. I fear that in the case of this latest Lantean Crisis however, that attempts at reason by the Commonwealth and by our Confederacy friends would be of little use.

To that end, I shall be devising my strategy for protecting the Manticoran Continent on the unfortunate assumption that the application of force against the invasive Lantean forces shall be necessary.

Rawrtony Celebrates the Holidays with its 5th Annual Winter Wonderland

Since Christmas of 2010 Rawrtony has maintained the oldest server tradition of holding a Winter Wonderland festival; organized for the first two years in the old Rawrtony Estate in Central Utopia and now for the past three years in Imperial Park, in front of the Utopian History Museum in Rawrtony.

In true Rawrtonian Christmas spirit, the park is now open to all visitors (except terrorists, villagers, and any nationals from nations bearing a third class standard.)

To attend simply warp /winterwonderland - be sure to try out our delicious New Haven Gingerbread Cookies and Hesperian Shortcake at the Gingerbread Cafe!

Along with the park, the Imperial Palace has brought out its Christmas Tree from the previous year on display in the Imperial Palace. The tree itself was designed by myself and Jordan while the giant gifts below it were donated by Novus' Emperor, Lazereth. Visitors now have a perfect view of the tree from the Imperial Arch's observation deck.
