Thought I would post this up as its a unique Building, The building you can see is my take on a replica of the Los Angeles Police Department HQ that am guessing is in Downtown LA.

The building will be spilt up into three parts.

The last part will be the top floor that will be used for Admirals, Generals, And Chief of Police and other staff.

The Aerospace Department will cover Starships and Planes.

Police will be local law enforcement.

P.S No Wand was used to make this design only mod thing used was to move and flip.

A nice building, I look forward to seeing it completed, modern buildings with large diagonal walls can be tricky to make look good when it comes to Minecraft.

Oh, and moving and flipping is part of the wand.

Presidential Address to the Nation

My Fellow Lantean's and other Nations, the last few days have seen some amazing foreign military deployments with this we can only hope they are naval training exercises. As many of you now know Rawrtony has issued out a bill that will in effect create classes for other nations, I have been in talks with the Emperor stating that our nation will remain neutral in the case of this bill as we have no official standing with Rawrtony or there allies we are exempt from these proceedings.

We can only wish that they allow this neutral option we have issued to them, After the announcement of that bill a nation broke of from the commonwealth and an other pulled more military assets in to there region namely the area known as Libertyisland.
This has caused some heated talks in the government of lantea but we have decided to drop from Defcon 5 to Defcon 4 this means that there will be Increased intelligence watch and strengthened security measures.

Later today an announcement was made from Rawrtony about one of there cruise ships being sunk by a fellow nation, we in this case do not take sides we have no intelligence assets in that area from the time in question we can only hope that the issue is dealt with in a diplomatic way. As a result of this issue another nation has moved assets to the border of there region namely the nation called Thoricus. We are hoping that both these issues of military deployments as stated above are for training but we can agree that if they are for defence then this does not concern the people or Government of Lantea.

We would also like to add that as of this morning 11:15 AM the policy of Medical and Food aid has been given to any and all that should ask for it, be it if you are at war or during times Natural Environment issues from earthquakes to volcanos. At this time we feel that the above issues can be resolved Lantea is far away from any of these problems so we are staying at Defcon 4 until we see improvement. If issues keep popping up we will dispatch a los Angeles class submarine to the international waters in the interests of UCN Members, we will protect civilian assets of any nation but we will not engage an military ships or aircraft's.

On a good note for our people the Battlestar Poseidon has had more funding from the treasury we have also hired a new company to take over construction we hope to have her completed by the end of next week. The SECDEF" Secretary of Defense" has issued a statement today saying "I am happy that the tax payers money is paying of finally, with this new ship we can go fourth in to the stars in the interests of man kind".

Lantea Corps of Engineers worked hard all through the day to create this new Ship, The Goose Class was designed due to nature lover complaints to the government stating that not all space ships need to look mean. So Project Goose was given the ok from the office of the president, the Goose has x2 Asgard Beam Cannons and x1 Torpedo Luncher. At the back end of this craft there is a hanger bay for a Pelican and a few puddle jumpers. The Flat surfaces of the craft are designed to allow the craft to remain undetected by sensors failing this the cloaking device can render the ship invisible from the naked eye and sensors.

The United States of Lantea has spent many hours on the designs for a new ground based weapon system, Today our nation has produced such a system and we are pleased to show off this design.







This asset to our nation is fully functional it has a internal power source for the moment until such time as we mass produce more of these to protect out border.

After we have more of this systems we will link them to the national power grid, we wish to not give out to much information on this but we can tell you that these are armoured on the outside structure they also are based on the same weapons that will be fitted on the new Beliskner class warship when she is completed later this year.

First of I would like to issue a formal apology to the people and government of Libran of the accidental use of there drone technology, we will admit that these devices were reverse engineered from sources I have only just been made aware of this act of stealing was a result of a group of officers in our intelligence community that have since been fired and charged.

As a result of these weapons being removed in good faith to the people of libran our latest space vessel has had a drop in fire power so as of this morning. I gave the order to my Advisers to move heaven and earth to find me another weapon to replace the loss, we are pleased to announce that in that short time we have begin researching Chroniton technology our R&D have produced a prototype Chroniton torpedo.

I have no idea on the science behind these devices so a short statement has been given from our head engineer.
" These Torpedo's have the Potential to pass through a enemy's shields due to the fact they are in a constant state of temporal flux, in our initial test's we found that matching shields to the temporal variance of these torpedo's was big design fault. So we have fitted the prototype with a temporal modulator in effect will change the temporal variance of each torpedo fired"

The Poseidon our mini battlestar has been scrapped we have no need to launch her a lot of design issues popped up in the construction so she will be kept and used as a museum with the possibility of a training tool for future cadets.

The Beliskner our Galactic Cruiser is complete one or two systems are not yet finished but nothing that effects her in general,With so many systems on board we cant go through them all. But we can say that state of the art weapons,power core,shields,sensors,transporters,engines have been added.

Last ship news is the Concordia a Lantean Battleship again same as the Beliskner latest in all technology we have available this was the ship that had her drones removed in good faith to the people of libran. So our new torpedo's will be added to both classes if the tests are passed

To finish up the naval base that has many of our sea vessels docked there has been named to Elysium naval yard in respect to Jonathan FG who gifted our people a monument of him self.

Whilst the people of Libran do appreciate your compliance within this, conflict of interest, it is troubling to hear that such technology is being developed.

From the sounds of it, these torpedoes would essentially negate the defensive capabilities of any ship, or state within the Libran Federation - this is something that cannot be allowed.

For the interest of Libran's Security, I must demand that the designs for these torpedoes, specifically the temporal modulator, be handed over to the Libran Engineer Corps. Thereby, allowing Libran to develop defenses that negate this advantage, and thus securing the Federation's security.
