This facility houses a few of the key Lantea organisations from the Air force,Stargate operations,Navy operations and our Galactic space fleet, With all of these different areas located with in there are a few civil areas as well. The future power core of our people will be fitted at the base of the tower, this will allow the powering of the shields and weapons of the nation. We also hope that this new core when out of the testing stage will provided power to the house's and civil structures of our nation. We build this tower as a beacon to our people that in tough times great things can be accomplished.

We would like to announce the launch of the U.S.S. Missouri our refitted Iowa class battleship, she has been assigned to the CSUN Albion battlegroup. The ship has a few enhancements from our new sensor dome models to complete striping and reconstructed hull, we have used a Tritanium alloy for most of the ship areas like hull and structures.The same alloy used on the Concordia so we thought this would be a logical choice of alloy to be used in this vessel. The weapons I am afraid are classified they are the property of the people of Cellaris so we cant give out any information.

The USS Missouri is certainly an imposing ship. Having undergone an extensive refit she is now a fine addition to the CSUN fleet. As Lantea is now a member of the Confederacy, the Missouri has been armed with energy based weapons of Cellarian design.

This aged ship is now a more powerful and efficient weapon than she was at the time of her original launch. Congratulations to the people of Lantea on the improvements to their flagship.

Today the Lantean Government has released a set of rules “The Prime Directive” that not only apply to the Government but the military. It was decided after recent events from trading technology to a rogue state and taking actions that placed us under blockade that it was time for a change in our way of life.

1.Non Interference

• Interfering in the internal affairs of a society or nation
• Interfering in the politics of a society or nation
• Supporting or aiding a civil war of society or nation
• Interfering in a war between two nations or multiple nations, unless a call for help is received only then will it be a small amount of help for example medical and food aid further actions provided must be signed of but current alliance for the moment that is "None"
• Taking actions that helps a society or nation escape negative consequences of its own actions
• Helping a society or nation escape natural disaster this rule applies to pre warp nations if the nation has warp or hyperspace technology the prime directive does not apply
• Subverting or avoiding the application of a society's law
• Defence aid only will be provided to any society that is involved in diplomatic discussions with our nation

2. Technology,Trade, and Knowledge

• Providing knowledge of other nations development or status for example population,technology,science,economic growth
• Providing technology to a less advanced society in this case pre warp, basic technology can be traded in the case of non offensive see list below for more details.
• Technology can only be provided to a society if they have first hand experience with warp or hyperspace drives. This directive will be debated if the society is in an alliance that has technology close to or surpasses our development
• Warp or Hyperspace Societies will be given technology of a defensive nature if your nation is allies of the Current alliance of this nation or have a treaty with us.

• Hyperspace Drives
• Shields, this system will be of a lesser design that is currently on any starship under the control of our nation. City Dome Shield Technology is only for use by us
• Sensors and Naval Dome sensors
• Less advance transporters

• Naval ships with their guns and defence systems removed, if how ever the ship in question is using weapons of another nation you can ask them for this system

Today the Bureau of Naval Records and the Department of Naval Engineering has released the next set of vessel details to be completed by the end of 2016. After few weeks of defence talks with Henry Wallace the Secretary of Defence the call was made that the Type 23 Duke Class Frigates were up for refit or retrofit. Research was done into the budget of such a undertaking it has been decided that all Type 23 Frigates will remain in service and maybe get upgrades in the future. The next class of vessel proposed is the Type 42 Destroyer giving that the 42 is not in the same wavelength of our Arleigh Burke destroyers we think this will be a nice addition to the fleet.

Now Lantea only has one cruiser the USS Alexandria it has also been decided two more cruisers will be built at this time we have no information on class and specifications. Also we only have one aircraft carrier while most nations have two or three, one more Nimitz class will be built.



Ship names have been selected in advance, while most times we name after construction this is not the case here. we wanted to get the small details out of the way.
