Could you say what ships you normally fly on a regular basis? That will help to form a bridge officer setup for that ship, unless we run down each ship listed. The back and forth between names and powers doesn't flow too well with reading to me, if you want to keep track of the names, perhaps we can lay it out something like.
USS Ship (Example Class): TT1 (Bob) / ET1, A2B 1 (Sue) / ET1, A2B 1, RSP2, AB3 (Joe) / BFAW1, APB1 (Jack)
Something like that, so we can suggest what powers to put on a ship and assign that power to a person.

Well,
since those are all cruisers and the Obelisk is very engineering orientated carrier you could run an A2B build on every ship which would make the task very easy - but the playstyle very dull and monotonous.

Agreed. I run the one or the other A2B build aswell.
But if you run 8 A2B cruisers and no other type of ship and build this is not really what i would call diverse 
(and you would miss some nice ways to play this game aswell)
