    It is my privilege to announce that Fleet Admiral John Hathaway has chosen Neo as the the new CO of the Starfleet Corps of Engineers. Neo, who has been quite instrumental to the fleet's technical needs, had already been serving the Corps of Engineerings as XO and has plenty of experience in the field! The Fleet Admiral had this to say about Neo:
