The Federation Administrative Bureau is responsible for the administration of the Community. Dealing with forum moderation, signature creation and assisting with the advancement of community projects wherever possible. The main aim of the department is to help the members and ensure a smooth and safe and environment.

The Federation Administrative Bureau Executive Officer, is a position which will be integral to the completion of the department. Helping to assist the Supervising Officer with project implementation and creation; as well as assisting in the running of the Department. This position is an exciting opportunity for those who want to get more involved in administrative positions.


JOB DUTIES

• Assist in the running of the Federation Administrative Bureau
• Work with the Supervisor to approve act on new initiatives and systems; working to further improve the administration of the community
• Take a leading role in the Community Administrative team, being directly responsible for the running of the team and completion of tasks.
• To take a lead with dealing with certain administrative tasks, whilst ensuring that they are properly reported to the Supervisor.
• The successful candidate of this role would report to Bondgadget76 - FAB Supervising Officer.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• It is required that for this role, you must have passed and completed the Orientation Assessment, Administrative Exam and the Command Exam..
• Previous CL4 Experience is required for this position
• Have a confident knowledge of the rules of the UFP and the sort of common sense it operates.
• Be able to effectively manage a large team of volunteers, even if they're not directly involved with you.
• Have experience in the moderation of forums and voice server.
• Is it a CL5 position? Yes
  PLEASE NOTE: If it is a CL5 position, the successful candidate will have to sign the Command Position Agreement before entering the role.
