So I've seen a few comments around the various forums concerning difficulty in STO's queued events and end-game content. Based on the latest article at ARC it sounds like they've seen the same messages and are actively working to fix it.

While not great for people who may not be able to devote the time necessary to perfecting their teamwork or event performance, it sounds like this should be right up our ESF's alley Smile

    Per the article:

Elite – The Best of the Best

Warning: The new Elite mode is far and away the hardest content we have put into Star Trek Online. We expect you to not just be outfitted in great gear, but have become proficient in the Normal and Advanced versions of the events as well. You should be a master of your character and your ship, as well as knowing what your teammates are capable of doing. You should also know what to expect from the enemy you will be fighting as well.

Not high enough on tribble yet to try the Elite maps, but from Advanced, there are a few changes in space, mostly a hitpoint boost to enemies, so it is just another DPS mission and drags it out rather than making it harder. They have improved the models and effects within the STFs though, the cubes have more definition to them.

Ground, just more elite drones, not really a challenge Tongue Out
