Taking some stuff that was mentioned in the Antiproton build thread I created for this same ship, I tweaked a phaser oriented build.

What do you guys think?

Only changes I would make are the following.

1. MACO Deflector to either Nukara (better for shield heals) or Counter Command (because damage will get you out of more trouble than a little extra healing).

2. Bio-Neural Infusion will give you a slight damage increase over Zero-Point.

3. Unless you are trying to stay canon then go full bio-molecular phaser. You already have the 2pc for the proc and according to others tests I've seen you will get about an 8% damage boost over Adv. Fleet. Going this route would also improve the damage effectiveness of switching to Bio-Neural Infusion.

Since the deflector is by itself, I'd agree with CC Deflector. Not only does it increase your damage and accuracy, it increases your hull and shield. Arguably the best standalone deflector for most purposes.

What an interesting torpedo, I thought it was Romulan-only? I'm thinking that's a mistake, and it's the Enhanced Bio-Molecular Photon Torpedo you have, to get the set bonus with the Hydrodynamics console. If not, then make the switch.

Toss on the Heavy Bio-Molecular Phaser Turret, or do you already have that as well? If you have the heavy turret and torpedo from the set, that lets you take off the Hydrodynamics in favor of something more useful, like the BIC that James mentioned, or the Tachyokinetic if you want the turn rate.

Also - Fleet core with [AMP]! I'm not sure if DHCs/turrets perform better with the Mine or Spire core, but you have a Leech so you should be able to get all four systems at 75%. If not, you might want to toss on a 2nd Flow Cap in place of that Hydrodynamics console.

I need to get more LOBI before I can get the console James is talking about. I think I have the CC deflector, but I'll look. If not, I'll grab it and look at the warp cores, too.

What procs do you recommend for the bio-molecular phaser? ACC CRTD?

In general, as many [CrtD] mods as you can get, unless you PvP in which case you'll want [Acc].

Should have specified. Yes CritD is the way to go for PvE to get the damage boost.
