Starfleet Operations: Away Team Leader
CL4 - Tier 2 (Lieutenant Junior Grade)
An Away Team Leader is an entry level position within SFO but a key one, Away Team Leaders (ATLs) provide weekly events for the community and specifically within Star Trek Online. ATLs need to demonstrate a level of maturity suitable for a leadership role but more specifically a high level of creativity. A successful candidate would need to develop and maintain unique exciting events, that being said regular gaming events are still required and an officer would need to have good overall knowledge of STO
JOB DUTIES
- Run a minimum of one event per week
- Write After Action Reports on the success of events
- As with all SFO staff, invite and promote members of the community
- Maintain a suitable level of activity both in-game and on the forums
- The successful candidate of this role would report to Wixiban.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- It is required that for this role, you must have passed and completed the Orientation Assessment, Administrative Exam and the Command Exam..
- Good knowledge of Star Trek Online
- Good time keeping
- Is it a CL5 position? No
PLEASE NOTE: If it is a CL5 position, the successful candidate will have to sign the Command Position Agreement before entering the role.

Still got a couple of weeks on this vacancy posting - if you would like to run events in STO then this maybe the position for you.
