    Federation News Service - Full Time Writer
    CL4 - Tier 3 (Lieutenant)

    The role of a Full-Time Writer is to work within the Federation News Service to consistently produce high-quality articles regarding the latest and greatest Sci-Fi/Trek related news. In some cases, it will also see you conducting interviews with known figures in Sci-Fi/Trek.

    This position is perfect for individuals brimming with creativity who wish to give back to the community through the medium of writing. It will also see you playing a key role in the continual expansion of the Federation News Service!


    JOB DUTIES
    • Write stories for the Front Page based on assignments either volunteered for or given out by the CO and/or XO.
    • Take initative and write articles without being asked to do so when new, interesting, or otherwise important developments in the world of Trek/Sci-fi arise.
    • Be involved in leading efforts to interview exclusive individuals and groups, in order to raise the UFP's news portfolio.
    • The successful candidate of this role would report to Torinth.


    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • It is required that for this role, you must have passed and completed the Orientation Assessment and the Administrative Exam..
    • A passion for writing and relatively decent grammar skills.
    • Is it a CL5 position? No
      PLEASE NOTE: If it is a CL5 position, the successful candidate will have to sign the Command Position Agreement before entering the role.
