I really encourge newer members to apply. I was only in {UFP} for a little over a month when i got my posting as STO XO. If you want to become more active in the fleet this is a great way to do it.....Plus you get to work with Mullaly and I!!.. That in itself should make you want to rush in your application!
So send in those applications!!
