Starfleet Operations is the UFPs flagship Star Trek Online gaming division which handles the Federation faction. Organising events, producing content throughout the STO forums, managing projects and the fleet bank. This post is one of a prestigious nature for anyone interested in a leadership role within a STO division or the community at large.

Your role as the Starfleet Operations CO will be to shape the gaming division, going in with an enthusiastic approach, keeping in mind the needs of community at the same time. You will be able to demonstrate a strong ability to inspire the staff around you in order to deliver your vision. The position will present a wide range of challenges for you to deal with, as such, you will need to be quick to adapt.


JOB DUTIES

• Be at the heart of running Starfleet Operations.
• Produce strategic developments to create a Starfleet Operations which benefits the UFP community.
• Adapt to the needs of the community in ensuring all timezones are covered by events and activities.
• Inspire others to become a part of Starfleet Operations in order to create a strong team of staff.
• The successful candidate of this role would report to Three of Seven.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• It is required that for this role, you must have passed and completed the Orientation Assessment, Administrative Exam and the Command Exam..
• Previous CL4 experience is required for this role, it is desirable that experience is from a gaming role but not essential.
• Voice communication over TeamSpeak is important due to the nature of this role.
• Is it a CL5 position? Yes
  PLEASE NOTE: If it is a CL5 position, the successful candidate will have to sign the Command Position Agreement before entering the role.
