To be clear, a Federation ship cannot be used by other races so no recluses, nicors, etc. The temporal ships would count though.

I've not seen the build, but heard on teamspeak that someone managed to get a high level in the Fleet Heavy Escort Carrier, if that's something you could investigate, or someone who knows about that could help!

I've talked to the person responsible for that build. He got over 100K on his FHEC. It uses DBBs and the assimilated 2-piece with a plasma warp core.

I wanted to make something sort of like his build but use another ship with some DPS changes. I'm somewhat at a disadvantage without the flanking skills though.

DBB AP is the new 'meta'. I've got a beamscort set up on my Xindi Escort. It's performing quite nicely. Could see a similiar build to the FHEC working well on the Ar'Kif too.

I'd assume he just was lazy and didn't change it. CSV or TS would be better to proc inspirational leader.

Ar'kif would work too but I'd just use the scimi since it has better pets. Would be easier to maneuver with though.

Ok got the ship and upgraded my DBBs to ml 14 UR, got my Tac consoles, any suggest on sci. And eng consoles?

if it gets 11 consoles then add another -Th Pla

Been wondering if I should pick up a couple of MK X consoles and upgrading them to MK XIV/EPIC
Would help save on the Fleet Credits.

It's definitely cheaper to get Mk X and upgrade, with a higher chance of getting quality upgrades.

Makes me regret not doing it, but it's too late now.

Yeah I upgrade mine to epic a while a go, they are worth it
