Historical Background
The Isle of Charyb was first inhabited by nomads in mid-2014. Finding the surface of the island lacking - both aesthetically and functionally - the nomads turned to digging underground. The Charybians are a generally introverted people and don't enjoy sharing much of their history beyond this. It is only after a half-year of above and underground development - and a foreign blockade having formed near its border - that its people have decided to approach the international community regarding possible cooperation.
