Elite Strike Force - Executive Officer
CL5 - Tier 5 (Captain)
The ESF XO will aid in the running and help guide the direction and future of the division. The successful candidate should have a vision for where improvements can be made and have the ability to carry those ideas to completion.
JOB DUTIES
- Assist in the running of the Elite Strike Force as a gaming entity of the community.
- Assist in running all ESF assets in the Star Trek Online game.
- Be an effective manager to those reporting to him/her (including ensuring every staff member is performing well).
- Maintain the staffing team for the Elite Strike Force (including hiring/firing).
- The successful candidate of this role would report to Rear Admiral Bill.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- It is required that for this role, you must have passed and completed the Orientation Assessment, Administrative Exam and the Command Exam..
- Must be an active ESF member
- Is it a CL5 position? Yes
PLEASE NOTE: If it is a CL5 position, the successful candidate will have to sign the Command Position Agreement before entering the role.
