His Imperial Highness, Emperor Mikester92 has decided to transfer the ownership of one of his many titles to Grand Duke Bondgadget76 of Three Cactus: the title of Utopia Council President.
Ever since Rawrtony's imperialization and common wealth formation, there has been little need for Rawrtony to act as the Utopia Council's organizer and secretary. Rawrtony sees its real power and influence in simply maintaining its two votes on both the general and security councils.
The Emperor hopes that someone more... neutral and quaint... on the face of the council would empower council unity and authority. In doing so the Emperor hopes to maintain the status quo and maintain an organization Rawrtony helped found.
(OOC: truth is I consider the president's role to carry some administrative responsibility and I think someone active ought to maintain that. On an RP note, I've also always felt a little weird being both "the leader of the free world" and "evil emperor"
