    I keep seeing these uniforms, both on NPCs and in game, but I have no idea how to attain them. I first thought they were part of the adapted sets, but thats a big investment to be wrong.

    Does anyone know? Is it the accolades?

    They have been created but are not available yet like many other uniform parts.
