History in Other Star Trek Fleets
I have been serving with Spec Ops Elite for... 3-4 years. I will confess that my activity has been sporadic (as has most of the rest of the fleet) I came online for periods of heavy activity to accomplish builds.
My Romulan Character was briefly in a fleet (can't remember the name, massive thing, was running max number of players, I wasn't active enough for that level of demand, and their numbers were in regular flux)

Additional Comments
I have worked in guild/fleet structures before and rather enjoy them. It has been some time since I was part of one that had a decent level of organization to it. Part of my activity comes from an interest in the fleet. If the fleet is organized, well functioning, and has opportunities for personal account growth; I tend to be more active.
My current fleet has about 14 members, the Fleet Admiral hasn't been online since January.

Reading on the additional ways to become a part of the community. It mentioned a teamspeak. I function well with a keyboard at my side. I am not adequately positioned to participate in a group conversation via the PC. I share the room with my wife, and often enough there is something else going on in the room that detracts from teamspeak. If teamspeak is a requirement to be a part of the fleet, please let me know.
