    All looks to be good so far since Pegg took over. I hope they do get Elba, he would be an excellent addition to the cast.

    If they keep with the re-introduction cycles...he could play Kang pretty well. I would actually really like to see Curzon Dax and Koloth both portrayed, and if Elba plays Koloth, and Bryan Cranston played Curzon...they could do a really good exploration/diplomacy/action movie like an earlier in the timeline version of Star Trek VI. Of course they could Kor or Kang and involve them. But in all honesty, the last Trek film to be all exploration and diplomacy ect. was Insurrection and that was just a bust. You can feel free to completely disavow my opinion because I liked the first JJ film, and while the 2nd was extremely contrived I really don't see how they could do a feature film like Star Trek 4 or the Original Star Trek again because the viewer attention span just isn't there anymore.

    I think Pegg will write a new story and not redoing some old one. and I don't care if Elba or Cranston playing the villain because both are great actors.
