I just ran it again and it was in the same place, I'll edit the post to say that it's where the arrow is and not the circle or w/e. If sometimes they are in different places for different people then that may be a problem. If you notice the Iconian activation sequence is actually shown in the pic so it definately was there for me so....let me know.

ROM Snatch and grab: its in the same location as posted on the first page BUT just to make it easier to understand, it is in the 2nd freighter that you beam too in the very first room, is one of the consoles in the left hand side of the middle of the room. this is also the first as a Romulan of the Iconian scavenger hunt that dose not show up as part of the mission objectives. on the 3rd transport the Objective for the "search Tal Shiar computers for Info on Ionians' " is visible but as we found it on the 2nd transport i claimed it JUST to make sure. I have also searched the rest of the ship and there is defiantly not one available on the 3rd transport no matter what your "objective panel" says.
