Hi,
I am a 31 years old German and Star Trek fan for a bit more than 20 years now. My favourite Star Trek games besides STO are Birth of the Federation, Elite Force & Starfleet Command. I got MMO experience from games like pirates of the burning and swtor. I started playing STO shortly after its release back in 2010 and kept playing it for about 1 1/2 years. At this point I felt burned out and took therefore a break from it for several years (mostly because of cryptic's attitude towards pvp back in the days). Now that I am back in the captain's chair I figured that the only thing missing was a well-organized & casual friendly fleet. I did some research on the forum and found 12th and you guys which I can still remember as one of the bigger and better fleets around.
I've decided to come to UFP due to the fact that your goals seem to be generally more fun oriented rather than being elitist (not aimed at 12th) and that sort of MMO stuff!
