    For any of those returning that purchased a Lifetime Sub starting Jan 2012, if you haven't noticed already, you should be getting a monthly 500 Zen stipend. I just confirmed this with a GM but unfortunately for myself they show that sometime in 2014 a purchase of about 20,000+ Zen which he claims consisted of 168 master keys. I have not logged into that game since late 2011 and now I am out all that Zen. Supposedly they will look into it but generally they do not offer refunds for "free" Zen purchases.....but he said in my case after they look into it there might be a chance, just have to wait and see.

    Either way I hope my brothers/sisters-in-arms benefit from looking into this! Smile

    This happened to me on an event. They did an account rollback,I didn't lose zen though but I locked a bunch of lock box ships, and I got some of it back but I lost all the progress I had made since coming back so...they might roll it back to the keys, but either way good luck. Even if they just give you the keys that would be a win.

    filthy phishers.... take your unused accts and use up all the zen, by selling your keys.... so you come back years later to ... nothing....
